THE CHALLENGE

Best Doctors, based in Boston, USA, is one of the fastest growing and most experienced health insurers in the world.

The organisation works with the world’s leading medical experts and institutions, helping more than 15 million people in 30 countries to be sure they have access to the very best medical care.

Lloyd Grey Design was engaged to conceive and design the Best Doctors Insurance marketing campaign for the Latin Caribbean market.

THE JOURNEY

Our response was the ‘Meet Martha/Meet John’ campaign featuring stories of real people. It powerfully evokes the reality of facing a serious medical diagnosis and communicates the life-changing implications of treatment options.

The concept was integrated across all marketing literature ranging from posters, brochures and agent kits to registration forms and PDS statements. Produced in both English and Spanish, the campaign has been very successful, helping to enhance Best Doctors’ profile throughout Latin America.

THE DESTINATION

The challenge of a 14-hour time difference with the client posed no great difficulty for us. In fact, to Best Doctors’ delight, they were able to request something from us in the evening Boston-time and have the response in their inbox by start of work the following day.

Print production was also managed remotely, using international standard ISO 12647-2:2004 proofs for quality control.
