The power of certainty | Branding Best Doctors Insurance in Latin America

Based in the United States, Best Doctors was founded with one goal – to help people to be sure they receive the best medical care. Although Best Doctors Insurance is well known in the USA, the company needed an integrated brand strategy and member engagement campaign to launch the concept in Latin America and the Caribbean.

During this 14 month project, Lloyd Grey Design developed an extensive suite of marketing material – ranging from member ‘welcome packs’ and forms, through to a website. All items were designed and produced in Spanish and English. Our strategic branding reinforced a powerful message – with Best Doctors, you have absolute certainty.

With our client based in Boston, USA, we modified our working methods to accommodate the 14-hour time difference. Although challenging, this ensured the project ran smoothly around the clock and across the world.

Recognising effective design | QDOS Awards

At the Design Institute of Australia’s 2009 qdos (Queensland Design on Show) Awards, Lloyd Grey Design achieved a Gold Award for Mother Meg’s festive packaging range and a Silver Award for the Ansaldo foyer installation.

Driving business through website traffic | RoloLloyd Grey Design has rebranded Rolo Car Hire culminating in the launch of its new website in May this year. Since the launch there has been a 23% increase in traffic, driving up booking rates. The new look has attracted private and commercial clients alike, including the Ford Rally Team, the Birmingham Indoor Cricket Team and Queensland Performing Arts Centre. Nicki Lloyd has been appointed as a branding specialist on the audit team of the Queensland Government's creative industries Ulysses program, which works with Queensland companies to create and sustain a competitive advantage through design.

Lloyd Grey Design recently lent a hand in the Spicers Landcare tree regeneration program. Volunteers planted over 1300 native trees and plants in one day.
